As probably all of my Dutch readers know the Dutch weather cannot be trusted. One day it’s 30 degrees and sunny and the next day it’s raining cats and dogs, the temperature has dropped to 15 degrees and you can almost take your winter coat out for a spin.
This means that you need an everyday routine to establish your outfit for the day. First, have to look out the window, check your weather application for the temperature, check your rain alarm application for rain and then finally.. combine the clothing items that you wish to wear!
Luckily the day I was wearing this outfit it was sunny, not to cold, not too hot, say about 20 degrees and the perfect weather to wear this long pair of navy trousers and this lovely vintage blouse. Wearing pants like these has been on my mind for a while but I never had the courage to just to it. Just because you don’t have ultra-long slim legs doesn’t mean you cannot wear clothes like this. I think if you really love something you just have to search for the right fit and wear it even if people do not support your fashion choices.
I bought these trousers last month on sale and it has been one of my best purchases in a long time. Mango has a lot of these flared trousers which I all love, so I try avoid the website or shop right now since the money is limited and my closet it too full already.
What I was wearing:
Trousers Mango, Blouse Vintage, Heels Zara
